Arrange financing and insurance for our customers.
manage and run sales team.

Responsible for building and maintaining a team of high octane staff, training them, holding them accountable, and motivating them to hit individual monthly sales objectives month in and month out. Think of it as running your own busi ness without the overhead. Compensation will be based off of performance and store gross.

This person will be also arranging financing for our customers, offering aftermarket products, and contributing to the overall customer experience that we expect. This is a hybrid position, being able to run a sales team and arrange financing for the sales that you are helping create.

This hybrid position leaves lots of room for opportunity and growth. We sell between 65-90 units per month and continue to grow monthly. We are building a new building in orem and are expecting 120 plus sells per month. It is a high pressure environment with opportunity to earn between 120-200k.


*Must have proven track record in automotive sales.
*Must have leadership skills and drive, and passion for success
*Must have previous finance automotive expiercience ( knowledge with CUDL and banks)
*Must have previous management experience
*Must have self motivation and be proactive
