Job Description Primary Objective of Position: The Manager of Promotions and Rewards owns and manages the field facing rewards, promotions and incentives programs. This person would own the execution of programs to motive and inspire our Presenters to succeed. This includes designing, analyzing and implementing programs, sales promotions and initiatives to achieve specific field facing outcomes. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic data driven planning, team leadership and superior communication skills. This positon must work seamlessly across the organization to create, implement, and deliver materials, services, and work efforts, thus ensuring that departments have sufficient visibility, knowledge and lead times to contribute toward the final delivery. The Manager of Promotions and Rewards will report directly to the Director of Rewards and Recognition. Planning and Execution of Promotions and Rewards: Develop new programs and initiatives to achieve business initiatives over the course of the calendar year Execute on current Promotions and Rewards program; this includes compensation plan initiatives, limited time only promotions relating to our Presenters, new market promotions and event incentives Optimize current Programs Top Level responsibility of all timelines and initiatives rolling up to the Director of Rewards and Recognition Candidate Profile: Solid ability to develop business initiatives and deploy to the field Solid project management experience with proven success in managing complexity Ability to understand the ins and outs of the Younique compensation plan and how Presenters build their businesses Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across the organization Strong leader and collaborator, ability to mentor employees Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Superior computer skills; written and verbal communication skills Passion for Direct Sales Minimum 2 - 5 years industry or direct selling experience Company Description Younique was founded by software developers and tech is the heart of the company from the executives down.
