Job Summary:

As a dedicated Marketing Analyst, lead all marketing analysis and reporting efforts to guide, advance and measure the effectiveness of Nu Skin's marketing initiatives and strategies. Accelerate development of a robust marketing analytics dashboard and custom reporting capability. Regularly analyze sales data, market and consumer trends and provide actionable insights regarding portfolio and promotional strategies. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Operations in Nu Skin's Global Marketing department and will also have significant cross-functional interaction with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, IT and other functional groups within the company. Will also collaborate closely with marketing managers to understand needs, design reports, collect and report on outcomes and insights.

The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a Market Analyst, possess an advanced knowledge of marketing principles and concepts, and have an understanding of the direct selling business model.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Identify meaningful trends or patterns that impact strategic decisions for future marketing campaigns and regularly share result with marketing leaders

* Develop quantitative analysis and reporting to provide insight into performance of marketing programs and identify opportunities for improvements

* Partner with cross functional teams to plan, develop, and execute analysis that lead to actionable insights and new business opportunities

* Extract data from multiple sources to create understandable reports and presentations

* Use knowledge of marketing analytic disciplines to solve unique issues and problems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* 5+ years data analyst experience required

* Marketing experience and background strongly preferred

* Comprehensive understanding of direct selling industry in general and Nu Skin's vision and corporate priorities preferred

* Demonstrated ability in defining, creating, and summarizing program results via detailed analyses and reports

* Proven track record in previous work experience to draw actionable insights from data that had a positive impact on the business

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its functions required

* Working knowledge of Nu Skin's data warehouse a plus

* Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation required

* Demonstrated proficiency using statistical techniques (exploratory and hypothesis testing, t-testing, regression, histograms, cross-tabs, multiple regression, discriminant analysis, multinomial logistic regression, factor analysis, Structural Equations Modeling, etc.) required

* Demonstrated proficiency with forecasting and time series modeling required

* Able to manage, consult, and train others in a professional way

* Experience in project management, end-user training, and management reporting preferred

* Keep commitments and deliver under pressure

* Must be self-motivated and self-directed and have excellent organizational skills

* Able to work independently from management with minimal oversight and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people across organizational and international boundaries

Preferred Education Requirements: Master Degree

Minimum Education Requirements: 4 Year College

Preferred Degree: Marketing

Work Experience: 5 - 8 Years
