Job Description:/h3:
While most software sales jobs require you to start as an Sales Development Rep/Business Development Rep, our leads are so good, and our sales process is so efficient that we are able to start all new employees as Account Executives. After 3:5 days of awesome, paid training on our products and processes, youll be ready to sell. And there is no reason why you cant be a top producer straight out of the gate.
Warm Leads, No cold calling Competitive hourly wage with UNCAPPED commission structure . On target earnings are around 60,000, but top producers will go into six figures.
We want Closers Our close rates are through the roof. You will win early and often :: expect to close 8+ sales per day. Our sales cycle runs anywhere from 30 minutes to 5 days :: no waiting 6 months to get a yes. It isnt uncommon to close 10 sales in a day from a total of 75 phone calls.
We also have an industry leading paid time off policy . Not only can you earn 18 paid days off, but you can qualify to have your average commissions paid while you are out on PTO so you lose no money at all while youre off recharging.
NO Nights Our sales reps dont work past 5pm and we dont work weekends . When youre off work, youre off. Additionally, the nature of our sale doesnt require taking your work home with you.
