Job Description:/h3:
Job Summary
Assist in sales activities of organization by personally performing the following duties.
Essential Functions
:Responsible to assist in training and mentoring sales representatives.
:Travel within your assigned region training, and selling Blendtec products 2:3 weeks out of the month.
:Use exemplary presentation skills, call monitoring, skill assessment tools, and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
:Maintain and assist in creating relevant training materials, while staying informed of industry best practice trends to enhance individual learning.
:Accomplish corporate sales objectives by, assisting in selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing new sales representatives contributions; while coaching, and supporting corporate policies and procedures.
:Facilitate weekly/monthly training classes to support the Sales team.
:Able to adapt presentations, curriculum, and teaching styles to accommodate the same level of learning for all.
:Hone individual presentation skills, complete appropriate continuing education, stay connected to the positions that are trained by performing the sales and support functions as needed.
:Maintain and expands sales channels and number of sales locations by counseling sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new opportunities.

Education/ Experience
:BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desired.
:Able to travel 2:3 weeks per month
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Experience in a leadership role.
:2:4 years in sales

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
:Able to establish, build, and maintain working relationships with demonstration representatives.
:Strong record of achieving or exceeding goals and quotas.
:Relentless drive and ability to align actions with regional business plans as well as understand and evaluate the potential impact of external events on regional strategies.
:Technology skills : ability to learn software and technology platforms quickly.
:Strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and acute attention to detail.
:Superior interpersonal skills.
:Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities.
:Great balance of strategic mindset with excellent hands on presence.
:Strong coaching and development skills with a proven track record for developing and training sales personnel.
:Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
:Sound judgement and decision:making.
:Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
