Job Description
We are currently looking for a part-time assistant manager at our main store in Orem, UT. From January-April, employee will work with and train under our store manager and take over her responsibilities when she leaves in April. Beginning in April, hours will increase to full-time. This is primarily a sales position in a fashionable. engaging and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
Help customers as they come in and shop for their missions
Manage 5-10 sales employees
Train Employees in sales techniques
Maintain in-store inventory
Customer Service
Attend Staff Meetings
Plan & Execute Regular Sales Training Meetings
Assist in design & purchasing decisions
Maintain Store appearance including visual merchandising
Create & Manage Employee Schedule
Interview & hire sales employees as needed
Assist in planning & executing in-store marketing campaigns
Other ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
Recently Returned Missionary
Leadership & Management Skills
Strong Fashion Sense and ability to watch trends
Open & Flexible Schedule
Hardworking & Proactive
Able to communicate effectively
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Driven & Determined
Detail Oriented
Able to adapt to frequent changes
Able to resolve stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude
Willing to make the needs of the store a priority
Past retail experience is preferred
