Job Title: Employment Specialist-Special needs
Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per Hourly

Job description: Seeking top notch human services professionals to assist people with disabilities-special needs to obtain and maintain gainful employment. Responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of locating and obtaining employment. Position requires the ability to be creative and find solutions to any barriers related to clients' employment success. After placement, assist client to attain firm footing at their new job site. Post placement activities include providing on-site job training and supports for client including coordinating and facilitating communications with workplace supervisor and co-workers, and resolving on and off-site issues to make continued employment successful. Must be results-oriented to get job placements for clients, enjoy developing relationships with employers in business community to overcome barriers and place clients in jobs, and excel at schedule-time management. Prefer 2+ years college and-or related experience. A plus to have: ASL, bilingual Spanish, or sales experience. Own car + auto insurance required.
