Just An Overview This position manages the full lifecycle of our website build product and helps onboard new SEO accounts. We work with small to medium sized businesses and help them create or update their online presence. The ideal candidate will need to be well organized, have an eye for design, and possess strong customer service skills. What YouA cents € (TM) ll Be Doing Gather design and content preferences from clients through showing a curiosity for their business Communicate design preferences via written description to our design and copy teams Acts as the main point of contact to clients and responds regularly through email and phone Completes team goals for efficiency, customer service, and quality Oversees that websites are completed accurately and on time Shows consistent ability to deliver a quality product in a way that satisfies customers Increases knowledge of design standards Complete On-boarding Calls with new SEO customers by verifying customer information Present initial Keyword Research and SEO strategy. Answer initial questions about the SEO product. Manage 25 to 40 accounts What YouA cents € (TM) ll Need to Succeed Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in responding to difficult client and team situations. A great problem solver. Proficient with client facing communication (written and verbal). 1+ years of customer service experience New team members should achieve average KPI metrics within 3 months of joining the team. Proficient in Google Apps and Tools (ie: Gmail, Drive, etc). Ability to work fast and accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to complete assignments by set deadlines. Ability to present oneA cents € (TM) s self professionally through phone and email. Ability to build value in products and processes with new customers. Positive Attitude and Trustworthy. Able to dominate at most board games Compensation: $14.00+/ hr DOE. This is an entry level position with lots of room to grow. Schedule: Part Time or Full Time shifts available. Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM +Full time positions are eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k). Part Time: Monday - Friday 8 AM-12 PM or 12 PM-5 PM Why Join Us?
