Yes! We finally found you! You are the person we have been waiting SO long for! Ok ok, keep it together, pause, and breathe. This is our big moment, only one shot at this, so here we go.Look, we know you're busy, and you've got a lot going on, so we'll dig right in. We need you on our Customer Support team. I know, I know, we call it a Technical Support Representative, but really you're helping us with Customer Service. Basically, our clients sometimes contact us about stuff. Maybe they don't understand a part of the software we support, or maybe they're lonely and need someone to talk to. Only you can help walk them through the misty fog of confusion towards the exuberant light of understanding. The best part of working with Phoenix Holdings is this: mobility, flexibility, and the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives that interest you. All you've got to do is be willing to work hard on this yellow brick road to success! We're always looking for talented people who can bring a fresh perspective to the table.Brace yourself. Here are some job specific ones that are applicable to what we really need, if that's okay with you.Troubleshoot and problem-solve your way to the best resolution like a pro. Answer phone and chat support inquiries from users of our software.Providing the best support requires some out-of-this-world attention to detail and follow up skills.Jump on the occasional screen share to train new users. Yell loudly and stomp around, or rather kindly relay the feedback from our amazing users to our Product Team. Just so you know the environment you'd be getting yourself into, let us tell you a bit about ourselves. Our company is called Phoenix Holdings and we work in an office with about 50 other people on Main Street in downtown American Fork. We're doing good things and making money as a company. Our core software is widely-used and we continue to grow and expand.I know, it's a lot to ask, so we're willing to chip in and do our part for you.
