Job Summary:
In a SaaS business model, revenue retention and product expansion are paramount to long-term company health. Solutionreach is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Services to perform a lead role in managing the implementation projects of our enterprise software solution. The Senior Director of Technical Services will report to the Senior VP of Customer Success and is accountable for directing, planning, managing, and overseeing the activities and operations of Technical Services, to include, the development of services and annualized services. As such, the Sr. Director of Technical Services will be expected to work cross-functionally with executives from sales, marketing, product, and engineering to initiate and execute on strategies that promote long-term customer loyalty and success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client implementation service delivery, providing management and oversight of implementation projects, staffing, assignments, capacity planning, and project profitability
- Contribute to the development of the organization's business strategy, solidify successes in the perspective of current and proposed operating strategies
- Maintain complete control of project schedule, budget, and risk concerns
- Identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance
- Communicate effectively with clients (internal and external to the company) to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Establish strategic business plans, along with other leaders, maintaining strong relationships with solutions delivery, the sales team, client, and account managers, in support of cross-product businesses
- Foster a company-wide culture of Customer Success
- Energetic team-builder and motivator who can hire, train, and direct
- Drive revenue expansion strategies
- Own key metrics for the Services team
Qualifications:
+ BS or MS in a related field, or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of experience demonstrating management and leadership skills
+ Product Management background a plus
+ Experience in an EHR professional services environment a plus
+ Strong operational management, project management, consulting, technology and process improvement skills
+ Healthcare Office Management Experience a plus
+ Strong communication/presentation and negotiation skills
+ A strategist, extremely process-oriented
+ Be an active participant in a hands-on environment
+ Able to work full-time (min. 40 hrs/week)
