In this role, your responsibilities will include:
-Resolving phone and email support tickets
-Achieving a high customer satisfaction rating
-Coordinating with associates in sales, development and product to solve customer problems and improve their user experience
-Ensuring that your assigned tickets are resolved quickly and effectively
-Documenting and recording reported customer bugs for development work


To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:
-Technical aptitude for learning and being able to explain mobile applications
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Proficient in Apple (iOS), Android, and Web applications
-Temperament and desire to help people find solutions to their issues
-Work well independently
-High level of attention to detail
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Able to work well with other team members
