Job DescriptionCustomer Loyalty Professional's responsibilities are to help educate and maintain our current customers by helping resolve concerns with their Vivint Smart Home account. A customer oriented focus is necessary in order to preserve long term customer satisfaction. Critical thinking and problem solving are vital in assessing the needs of our customers and providing the appropriate solution.Abbreviated list of benefits:A free meal for every 8 hours worked, fantastic work facilities, paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, 401K and much more!Pay: $10/hr during training$10/hr after training + commission and bonusesAverage pay for this position is $15.00/hr including commission and bonusesEssential Functions/Responsibilities: Assist customers who are seeking to cancel, who are looking to move, or who want to transfer their system to another individual.Understand our home automation/alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns and extend services.Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.Resolve customer concerns by utilizing effective listening and critical thinking skills.Responsible for effectively retaining customers through positive relationship building.Re-sell the value of our products and services to customers by aligning product features with our customer's needs.Required Skills:Ability to get licensed for the Utah Burglar Alarm SystemsAbility to solve unique technical problems.Ability to successfully pass background checkMust be at least 18 years old (per Industrys requirement)Must be able to commit to 6 months in the departmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredCall center experience preferred but not required6+ months of customer service experience preferredVivint, an equal opportunity employer, does not consider any protected traits (eg race, creed, color, religion, gender, national origin, non-job-related disability, age, or any other protected trait) when hiringunder federal, state and local laws.
