Job Description
The Daily Herald in Provo, Utah is looking for a reliable Office Manager with a proven track record to handle day-to-day responsibilities related to accounts payable, payroll, billing, cash and other daily, weekly and monthly office functions. They will work closely with our corporate finance team.
The candidate must communicate effectively, work both autonomously and within a team structure, and be very organized with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities
• Handle all general business functions of our local office.
• Assure accuracy of accounting processes and that all reported results comply with company policies and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Help in preparation of reports for management.
• Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience in general office accounting and practices and office management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
